If you are non-Singapore residents but would like to start your business in Singapore, you must engage a professional firm to assist in registering your Singapore company.

It is not a requirement to obtain a Singapore work visa if you are planning to operate the company overseas, and you may use a tourist visa to come to Singapore in a short-term period to attend to corporate meetings and other company matters. In such case, the Company must have at least one local resident Director appointed to meet the requirement.
