How to start introducing my clients?
You may email to hello@jseoffices.com introducing yourself, your client’s full name, email address and phone number. In order to speed up the process, you may provide us with additional information (e.g. company name, no. of desks required, preferred lease term, date of occupancy, etc.) Otherwise, you may simply fill up the enquiry box on the right side of this page with all this information.
Once we have reviewed all the particulars, our support team will be sending an email to you regarding the availability and range of our services.
Is there any limit to the number of clients I can introduce?
There is no limit on this. You’ll earn more as you introduce more.
Will you contact my client without my knowledge?
JSE Offices will never reach out to your clients without your knowledge or consent.
How do I know if my client introduction is successful?
We will send you email notification as soon as your client signs a license agreement.
When will I receive the payment?
After you receive your email notification, our team will process the payment.
For contracts with monthly lease payments, you will receive 50% of the total commission within 30 days from the starting date of the rental term and the remaining 50% will be received within 60 days from the starting date of the rental term. For contracts with full lease payment, you will receive 100% of the total commission within 60 days from the starting date of the rental term.
For flexible terms, commission will be payable monthly via cheque within 14 days from the start date of recurring rent.
Will I earn additional fees if my client renews the lease term?
Yes. When your client renews the lease term, you will get 2% of the total contract sum of the renewed lease, capped at 24 months from initial lease.
This is not applicable if your client signs up for flexible term.
Will I earn additional fees if my client expands and upgrade his space?
Yes. When your client upgrades to bigger space, you will receive 10% of the additional contract sum.
This is not applicable if your client signs up for flexible term.
How can I maintain my own relationship with client?
Our sales process is transparent and we will always keep you in the loop. You may remain to be involved as you’d like to be and we will never reach out to your client without your permission. You’re always welcome to accompany clients on our office viewing.
What information do you require from us?
We require your full name based on your Identification Card, your address, contact details and email address for a start. Our support team will contact you should they require more information and they will discuss more about the partnership as we go along.
